We bid farewell to Rosamond Mooney of Saint John, New Brunswick, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 15, 2025 at the age of 92. Rosamond touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her spouses, John P. Mooney and P. Eng; her parents, Cecil Alexander and Doris Alexander (Friars); her siblings, Delbert, Donald, Gerald Alexander and Gayle Tracey; and her niece Rosamond Kim Alexander.
She is survived by: her sons, William White (Echo Antworth) of Halifax and Alexander White (Deborah) of Calgary; her grandchildren, Holly LeMesurier (James) of Saint John, Christa Singh (David Singh), Andrew (Gloria), Colin White, Anne (Silas Poole) and Ross LeMesurier; her great grandchildren, Mackenzie White, Emma, Isabelle, Adelyn White, Maximus, Tiberius Singh and Sadie Poole; her sisters-in-law, Audrey Alexander of Sussex and Evelyn Morris of Halifax; and her caregivers, Helena, Laura, Francis, Lucie, Maryclare and Vivian. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 12:10 PM at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception (91 Waterloo St, Saint John, NB E2L3P9).
