He was predeceased by: his parents, Muriel Freeze and Maynard Freeze. He is survived by: his significant other Van Martin; his daughters, Angela MacKinnon (Dean MacKinnon), Karen Freeze (Troy McKinney) and Wanda Freeze (Andrew Lund); his grandchildren, Ryan, Nathan, Nicola, Kayla, Matthew, Julie, Joshua, Liam and Olivia; and his brothers, Allen Freeze (Brenda) and Ernest Freeze (Maime).
