He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Spragg and Emma Spragg; and his sister Betty Forrest. He is survived by: his wife Donna Spragg; his children, Richard (Sue), Peter (Heather) and Susan McNutt (Kevin); his grandchildren, Sarah, Emily McNutt and Noah Spragg; and his siblings-in-law, Wayne Ough (Jane), Bernie Ough (Linda), Dwight Ough (Leona), Stephen Ough (Brenda), John Hilburn (Heather) and Meredith Henderson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
