He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Cooke and Muriel Cooke (Deslauriers); and his brother Robert Cooke. He is survived by: his wife Nora Cooke (Davis); and his sister Linda Currie (Dale). He is also survived by extended family and a wide circle of friends.
Memorial donations to the Canadian Breast Cancer Association would be appreciated.
