He is survived by: his wife Darlene (Ritchie); his sons, Joshua Silver (Lynn) of Saint John and Robert Silver of Edmonton, AB; his siblings, Deborah Marr (Stephen) of Willow Grove, Wendy Stoneham (Scott) of Kingston, NB and Danny Silver (Wanda); his stepsister Virginia Walker of Willow Grove; and his grandchildren, Athina Silver and Aleta Silver. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hope Center (4347 Loch Lomond Rd, Saint John, NB E2N1C8). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
