He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Perry and Dorothy P. Perry (Janes); his brothers, David F. Perry and Ronald L. Perry; and his grandson Matthew P. Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Evelyn Perry; his children, Debra Perry (Mark Mitchell), Christine Thomas (David) and Stephen Perry (Kim); his grandchildren, Haley Thomas, Kendal Starkes (Matthew), Zachary Blizzard, Devan Thomas (Jennifer), Matthew Lemay, Aidan Perry, Brody Perry, Bailey Perry and Maeve Perry; and his great grandchildren, Reagan Thomas and Parker Thomas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In Lieu of flowers, the family requests remembrances to Bobby's Hospice or Forest Hills Baptist Church.
