He is survived by: his wife Heather Royal; his children, Michael Royal (Susan) and Monica Royal (Tausha); his stepchildren, Bryan Lockhart and Katherine Shannon (Chris); his grandchildren, Samuel, Jordan, Benjamin, Victoria, Olivia and Kate; his great grandchildren, Reagan and Piper; and his sister Barbara Keal (Craig).
