He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Foote and Mildred Foote (Balsor); his wife Elaine; and his siblings, Carrie, Olive, Murray and Gerald.

He is survived by: his sons, Peter (Erina), Geoff (Deanna) and Chris (Kim); his grandchildren, Madalynn, Claudia, Erik, Megan and Page; and his sister Ruth (Jim). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In his memory, donations to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
