He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Mark (Kimberly), Keith (Trish) and Patti; his grandchildren, Hannah McCormick (Knight McNally), Jacob Van Wart (Natasha McCluskey), Noah McCormick (Emily Quigley), Baylee Van Wart (Cecil McCavour), Benjamin Van Wart, Shawn Harriet, Michael Harriet (Natasha Gates-Harriet) and Jeffrey Harriet (Mary-Katherine); his great grandchild Henry; his sister Susan Miller (James); and his siblings-in-law, Margaret McCormick (ON), Dorothy McCormick (BC), Gary Lockhart and Dave Hubbard (NY).
