He was predeceased by: his parents, Marie Melanson and John Melanson; his sister Anne Marie; his brother-in-law Paul; his several friends ('Brothers' and 'Rifle Rangers'); and his pet Tokyo.
He is survived by: his children, Suzan, Matthew (Jackie) and Michelle; his wife Kimberly (Hughes); his grandchildren, Cianna, Michael, Aleah, Grant, Kate and Logan; his great grandchildren, Everly, Remayah and Vida; and his siblings, Jane, Cathy (Miller), Danny, Robert and Jack. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fundy Chapel (230 Westmorland Rd, Saint John, NB E2J2G3). A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the St. Joseph's Cemetery.
