He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Jim" Chamberlain and Bernice Chamberlain; his siblings, Nancy Adams and Keith Chamberlain; and his former wife Joanne Edwards.

He is survived by: his children, Sean Chamberlain (Tina) and Chris Chamberlain; his siblings, Doug Chamberlain, Norma Mullett and Brian Chamberlain; his grandchildren, Ethan, Isis, Anaiya, Marissa, Persia, Jace and Odysseus; his great grandchildren, Kanan, Lincoln and Ryker; and also Beverly Thibodeau.
