She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Lively and Elsie Lively (James); and her brothers, Tony and Dennis Lively. She is survived by: her children, Krista Price (Scott) and Tony Lively (Shannon Dempster); her siblings, Brian Richard, Libby, Kathy and Starla (Sherry); and her grandchildren, Ava Price, Jamie Brook, James Lively and Eli Price. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
