She was predeceased by: her parents, William Napman and Annie Napman; her daughter Connie; her daughter-in-law Sherry; and her siblings, Lexi, Dorothy, Mae, Patricia, Bernice and Armand.
She is survived by: her children, William Binns, Mary Bridgeo (Robert), Francine Nickerson (Irason), Kevin Binns (Brenda), Arthur Binns (Michelle), Darrin Binns (Sharon), Kelly Burchill (Chris) and Tracey Blachard. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Norma's memory can be made to the Carleton-Kirk Lodge's Recreation Program.
