He was predeceased by: his wife Norma Cornfield (Seely); his parents, Henry Cornfield and Jessie Cornfield (Gates); his daughter Lynn Cornfield; and his siblings, James, Andrew, Vernon, George, John, Harry Cornfield, Jessie Byers and Florence Lewell.
He is survived by: his sons, Scott Cornfield (Carol) of Quispamsis and Grant Cornfield (Joanne) of Hampton; his grandchildren, Matthew Cornfield, Ashley Cornfield (Nick), Allison Cornfield (Justin), Stephen Cornfield (Erika), Jocelyn (Christopher) and Christine (Nathan); and his great grandchildren, Kiera, Cole, Emily, Quinn, Mackenzie, Liam and Ace.
