It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Milton Herbert Friars of Saint John, New Brunswick, born in Sussex, New Brunswick, who passed away on January 23, 2024, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Friars and Marjorie Friars (Keirstead); and also, Lillian and Harold Crawford. He is survived by: his wife Judy Friars (Crawford); his daughters, Janet Seeley (Carl) of Hammondvale, Jennifer Friars of Saint John and Jacqueline Bean (Joel) of Sussex; his siblings, Frank Friars of Sussex, Pauline Rouse (David) of Sussex and Miles Friars (Nancy) of Truro, NS; his grandchildren, Jackson, Braydon, Alice, Emily and Nora; and his brothers-in-law, Michael Crawford (Tina) and Edwin Crawford (Avis). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
