He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Mossman and Annie Mossman (McDow); and his siblings, Janet Mossman, Stewart and Stephen.
He is survived by: his wife Joanne Mossman (Geldart); his sons, Scott (Angela) of Grand Bay and Richard of Saint John; his brother Allen Mossman of Rothesay; his stepgrandson Jake; and his pet Oreo. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
