He is survived by: his aunt Marion Fisher (Reynolds); his uncles, William Reynolds, Richard Maxwell (Dick), Dr Eric McCartney, Hazen Boyd and Colin Fisher; and his cousins, Diane Godfrey (Fisher) and Phillip Reynolds.
