She is survived by: her children, Colin Forsythe (Amy) and Kelly Harris (Chris); her siblings, Mark McNulty (Susan), Shawn McNulty (Janet), Terry McNulty (Laura), Pat McNulty (Cheryl), Beth Cooper (Robert), Rose McNulty and Veronica Chamberlain (Ronald); her grandson Isaiah Smith (Lexxi); and her niece Laura O'Dell (Greg). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
