She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Richards and Christina Richards; her husband Jimmy Thomson; and her brothers, Russell, Stanley and Alan.
She is survived by: her daughter Eleanor MacDonald (John) of Rusagonis; her grandson Corey (Ashley); her sister Gwen Murphy; and her sister-in-law Barbara Richards. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
