Martina Elizabeth Sonier Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Martina Elizabeth Sonier (Saint John, New Brunswick), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 2, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gordon Gibbon and Lottie Gibbon (Killam); her husband Frank Sonier; her sisters-in-law, Kay and Cathy Gibbon; and also, Deanna Oickle, Walter Gibbon (Marion), Gordon Gibbon (Connie), Leonard Gibbon (Mary), Wayne Gibbon (Linda), Dorothy Mantle (Raymond), Shirley Smith (Joseph), Joy Irwin (Sonny) and Florence Parlee (Frank).
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Gibbon and Rose Handelman-Smith; and her siblings, Donald Gibbon, Robert Gibbon and Georgina Vienneau (Raymond). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
