He was predeceased by: his parents, John and Blanid; and his siblings, John, Gregory, David, Gerard, Rosemary Milan and Patricia Jensen.
He is survived by: his wife Mary McAuliffe; his son Montague "Monte" McAuliffe (Andrea); his grandchildren, Christian and Madeline McAuliffe; and his sisters, Mary-Lou Kerr and Carol Shaw (Gordon). He is also survived by many sisters and brothers-in-law, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
