She was predeceased by: her husband John Michael Verner; her parents, Charles Swain and Bridget Swain (McGowan); her son John J. Verner; and her brother Charles Swain.
She is survived by: her children, William (Bonnie) and Theresa Squires (Lew); and her grandchildren, Reg Verner (Nicole), Rodney Squires (Debbie), Shelly Baxter (Shawn), Laura Rehn (Carson) and Neill Verner (Ottis). She is also survived by her 12 great-grandchildren, along with several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
