It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Aleda Stevens of Saint John, New Brunswick, who passed away on November 6, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Caldwell and Aleda Caldwell (Bergquist); and her brother Bobby Caldwell. She is survived by: her husband George Stevens of Saint John, NB; her children, Monica Johnston (Keith) of Saint John, NB, William Stevens (Lisa Porlier) of Toronto, ON and Karen Stevens of Moncton, NB; her grandchildren, Nicole Johnston (Taylor Coady), Andrea Johnston, Heather Johnston, Luke Stevens and Ellie Stevens; her great grandchild Clara Coady; her sister Mary Ellen MacCallum (Wayne) of Victoria, BC; her niece Catherine; and her nephew David.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Alphonsus Catholic Church (22 Church St, Hampton, NB E5N5B3).
