It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louis Theodore Huckins (Saint John, New Brunswick), who passed away on March 26, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Huckins and Sally Huckins (Perry); his wife Shirley Jean (Dalling); and his brother Bobby. He is survived by: his children, Cathy (Paul), Linda, David (Joanne) of Saint John, Paul (Carol) of Saint John, Terry (Susan) of Saint John and Randy (Debbie) of Saint John. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and 25 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Castle Fallsview Funeral Home (309 Lancaster Ave, Saint John, NB E2M2L3). A celebration of life was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Castle Fallsview Chapel (309 Lancaster Ave, Saint John, NB E2M2L3). A burial was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:15 AM at the Greenwood Cemetery (1380 Sand Cove Rd, Saint John, NB E2M4Z8).
In lieu of flowers donations in Louis's memory can be made to the SPCA, Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of the donor's choice.
