He was predeceased by: his parents, George Ring and Mabel Ring (MacMurray); and his siblings, Donald (Irene), Greg (Ruth) and Shirley Whitlock (Roy).
He is survived by: his brother Eric Ring (Kathy); his niece Deborah Waters (Robert); his great-nephews, Robert Jr. (Tricia) and Jeffery (Stacey); his nephew Donald Ring Jr. (June); his great-niece Dawn (Leo); his great-nephew Shane (Jen); and also, Travis, Tanya, Brooklin, Pamela and Allison.
