She was predeceased by: her parents, Manford Melvin and Mary Melvin; and her siblings, Steven Melvin, Lorna Fox and Kathy Talyer.

She is survived by: her husband Paul McManus; her children, Erica Carson (Barrie) of Ontario and Thomas (Alex) of New Brunswick; her grandchildren, Piper, Dexter and Jordin; and her brother Roy Melvin (Stacy).

In lieu of flowers, donations in Linda's memory can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
