She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Bourque and Delphine Bourque (Hubbard); her husband Louis Melanson; and her siblings, Frederick, Leslie, Robert Bourque and Helena Meuse.
She is survived by: her son Bernie Melanson (Kim); and her grandchildren, Trish (Jason) and Dan Melanson (Erica). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
