He was predeceased by: his parents, Vera Adshade and Llewellyn Adshade. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Adshade; his daughter Stacie Yates (Jamie); his sister Carolyn Smith (Tom); and his close friend Ronnie Langille. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
