He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Leonard "Chummy" Doucette and Gwendolyn Doucette (Martin); his wife Judy (Blizzard); and his siblings, Sandra and Douglas.
He is survived by: his sons, Rev. Leonard Michael Doucette (Shelley) of Pennfield, NB and Blaine Alexander Joseph Doucette (Tasha) of Quispamsis; his sisters, Nancy Prowse of Quispamsis, Linda Frias of Saint John and Sharon HeD of Saint John; and his grandchildren, Hayley Flann (Luke) of Kingston Peninsula, Taylor Doucette (Josh) of Ottawa, ON, Leonard Connor David Doucette, Walker Michael Jace Doucette of Pennfield and Violet Grace Doucette of Quispamsis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The Family will announce a memorial gathering at a later time and request any donations to be made to Bobby's Hospice in West Side Saint John who provided wonderful care to Leonard and his family in his final days.
