He was predeceased by: his parents, Alma Shaw and Harold Shaw of St. George, NB.; his children, Martha and Larry; his sister Alice; his brother-in-law Ellsworth Wilcox; his brothers, Floyd (June Shaw), Cedric (June Shaw), Jack (Christine Shaw) and Dale Shaw; his sister-in-law Linda Gilmore; and his parents-in-law, Margaret and Charles Gilmore.

He is survived by: his wife Martha Shaw (Gilmore); his children, Troy Shaw (Wendy) of Lepreau, NB, Trevor Shaw (Janet) and Tasha Ralph (Dale); his grandchildren, Jena Wilson (Will) of Lepreau, Devan Shaw (Jaime) of Lepreau, Lora Burley (Evan) of Lepreau, Jolene Galliah (Blake) of Lepreau, Chad Ralph of Lepreau and Savanna Shaw of Oromocto, NB.; his brother Earl Shaw (Joan); his siblings-in-law, Crystal Shaw of Utopia, NB, Wilson Gilmore (Carol) of Crawford Lake, NB, Roy Gilmore, Bill Gilmore (Brenda) and Barry Gilmore (Andrea); and his niece Judy (Emile Boudreau). He is also survived by Mom, the love of his life.
