He was predeceased by: his parents, Kier Major and Dorothy Adams (McLeod); his significant other Bonnie Richard; his daughter Stacy Lynn Richard; and his sisters, Mary Hines (late Stan) and Debbie Dunn.
He is survived by: his children, Krista Richard (Nick Kennedy), Jody Richard and Katie Richard (Curtis Osburn); his grandchildren, Merissa Richard, Benjamin Richard, Baylee Richard and Jack Lambert; his siblings, Joan Benoit (Roger), Susan Adams, Brenda Mazerolle (Danny), Kierlyn Stephenson (Allen) and Wayne Adams (Brenda); and his brother-in-law Gerald Dunn. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Donations in memory of Kier can be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
