He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Anderson and Hazel Anderson; and his siblings, Paul, Ronald Anderson, Marie McFarlane and Eva Bagge.
He is survived by: his daughter Shelley Defazio (Kevin Beshara); his granddaughter Kenley Anderson-Defazio; his former wife Mary Jane Anderson; his siblings, Allison (Pat), Donald, Douglas, Harvey (Shirley) and Betty Ann Arseneau; and his grandson Sakari. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of the donor's choice.
