He was predeceased by: his parents, Mabel Stanley and Milton Stanley; his siblings, Murray, Roy, Curtis, Ronald, Margaret, Marjorie, Evelyn, Lillian, Jean, Rita and Lois; his half-sister Jean Dollar; and also George Dollar.
He is survived by: his sisters, Shirley Flegg and Glenna Ronson; his children, Steven Stanley (Darlene) of Hampton, Debra Stanley (Bob) of Quispamsis, Tammy Cassidy (Rick) of Rothesay, Tina Frost (Vinny) of Saint John and Sharon Hatfield (Wayne) of Rothesay; his grandchildren, Shane, Jeremy, Jillian, Erin, Rory, Gabriel, Chloé, Tess and Erik; and his great grandchildren, Taylor, Logan, Carter and Annie.
