She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Cook and Patricia Cook (Worden); her significant other Ian Green; and her siblings, Pearl Kyle (Cookie), Geraldine Sproul (Deena), John Cook and Patricia Nice.

She is survived by: her daughter Jillian Green (Noah Davis); her stepdaughters, Kelly Patterson and Kalyn Wickens (Scott); her siblings, Bob Cook (Carolyn), Paul Cook (Dixie), Philip Cook (Ida), Sharon Brown (Lloyd), Heather Bennett and Nora Goldsworthy (Stephen); and her sister-in-law Sheila Green. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations towards the S.P.C.A would be greatly appreciated.
