He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphé Roy and Ethel Roy (Duncan); his siblings, Helen, George, Paul and Daniel Roy; and his parents-in-law, Ken and Kathy Thibodeau.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Roy (Thibodeau); his children, Joseph Roy (Rachelle), Adam Roy (Chantille) and Jessica McLaughlin (Brian); his grandchildren, Dalyla, Mateo, Matteo, Grayson, Wyatt and Eliana; his sister Stella Roy; his sisters-in-law, Erni and Evelyne Roy; and his grandchildren, Mika and Arlo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
