With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Alma Garvin (Saint John, New Brunswick), who passed away on April 11, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Quigley and Grace Quigley; and her husband Robert Garvin. She is survived by: her children, Anthony (Debbie), Robert (Carolyn) and Darlene Armstrong (Shane); her grandchildren, Nicole, Olivia, Carter, Benjamin and Jacob; and her great grandchildren, Cole and Graciana.
The family has requested that all in attendance at the visiting and funeral, please wear masks.
