She was predeceased by: her husband James Ackerley; her parents, Colin Campbell and Jean Campbell (Russell); and her siblings, Ellen Blake, James Campbell and William Campbell.

She is survived by: her sons, John Monaghan and Steven Monaghan; her grandchildren, Jason Monaghan, Krista Monaghan (Rob Burton) and TJ Monaghan (Victoria Hall); her great grandchildren, Anderson, Olivia and Mariah; and her nieces and nephews, Lee, Kimmie, Paula, Marcie, John and Wayne.

For those who wish, remembrances made to the SPCA, Canadian Cancer Society and the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
