We are sad to announce that on November 20, 2024, at the age of 21, Jason Toivo Land (Saint John, New Brunswick) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Holly Day of Shediac and Jason Land (Amanda) of Saint John; his son Westley of Saint John; his siblings, Aviendha Land, Abagail Day, Mya Kennedy, Pepper Land, Adalynn Day, Austin Day, Kaeleb Land, Jace Land and Aiden Byers; his grandparents, Sandra Tonge (Richard), Mike Day (Faith) and Peter Land (late Donna); and his aunts and uncles, Jeff Land (Stephanie), Jocelyn Land, Lorraine Day, Shawn Day, Malcolm Day and Natasha Day.
Donations in memory of Jason can be made to any addictions and recovery centres or a charity of the donor's choice.
