It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Joseph Govereau (Saint John, New Brunswick), who passed away on March 20, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Doreen M. Govereau; his parents, Henry Govereau and Mary Govereau (Malley); his grandson Ryan McLaughlin; and his siblings, Willie, Walter, Elizabeth, Freda, Leona, Irene, Maria, Jean and Christine.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert (Marlene), David (Anne) and Wayne Govereau; his grandchildren, Pamela, Judy (Wayne), Sandy (Gus), Ann and Debbie (Doug); and his siblings, John (Louise), Edmond and Rose. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
