He was predeceased by: his brother Harold Sherwood; and his parents, James Patrick Farren Sr. and Audrey Marie Farren. He is survived by: his daughter Alesha Farren-Ogden (Shane); his sister Margaret Farren (Driss Elayadi); his grandchildren, Casey and Ella; and his niece Abby Mitchell (Dan McLaughlin).
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fundy Funeral Home (230 Westmorland Rd, Saint John, NB E2J2G3). A celebration of life was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
