It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Douglas Patrick Sullivan of Saint John, New Brunswick, who passed away on January 22, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Sullivan and Verna Sullivan (Fleet); his siblings, Nelson Sullivan, Gordon Sullivan, Johnny Sullivan, Lorraine Sullivan and Diane Sullivan; and his brother-in-law Greg McDonnough.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Linda "Ann" Sullivan (Arsenault); his sons, Steven Sullivan of Saint John and Kelvin Sullivan (Yvette) of Saint John; his grandchildren, Cory (Emma), Natalie, Savanah, Danielle, Katerina (Anthony) and Travis (Stephanie); his great grandchildren, Liam, Emory, Sawyer, Levi, Ivy and Abby; his siblings, Willie Sullivan of Newfoundland, Theresa Rakum (David) of England, Verna McDonnough of Dartmouth, N. S., Beverley Sullivan of Lunenburg, N. S. and Sylvia Sullivan of Halifax, N. S.; and his pet Cocoa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Castle Funeral Home (309 Lancaster Ave, Saint John, NB E2M2L3). A burial will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 2:15 PM to 2:30 PM at the Greenwood Cemetery (1380 Sand Cove Rd, Saint John, NB E2M4Z8).
