He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Green and Annie Green (Fitzgerald); his father-in-law Robert Durning (Bordie); and his brothers, Donny, Mark and Ronald Green (Joe).
He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly Patterson, Kalyn Wickens (Scott) and Jillian Green (Noah Davis); his sister Debbie Hansen (Chris); his sister-in-law Sheila Green; his mother-in-law Dorothy Durning; his friend Dana Lindsay; his pets, Molly and Bella; his nieces, Krysta and Jennifer Green; and his nephew Ronald Green (BJ).
