He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hugh John MacGillivray and Agnes MacGillivray (Gallant); his brothers, Michael and Mark MacGillivray; his significant other Darrellene; his sons, Barry, Shawn (Melissa) and Mike (Amy); his siblings, David (Dianne), Carol (Gerard) and Cathy (Howard); and his favourite felines, Jack and Jill. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
