She was predeceased by: her parents, Eli Lilly and Ida Lilly (Priddle); her former husband Herman Denton; her husband James McCollum; her son Donald Denton; her grandson Joshua Denton; and her siblings, Reginald Lilly, Jean Gilbert (Leonard), Nina Fraize (Cyrle) and Gwen Bartlett (Jim).
She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Denton (Patricia) of Saint John and James "Jim" Denton (Jo) of Grand Bay; her sisters, Evelyn Tidd of Saint John and Marjorie Denton of Saint John; and her grandchildren, Amanda (Steve), Braylon, Cindy (Jeff), Jody (Bill), Michael (Andrea), Angie (Trevor) and Ryan (Renee). She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
