She was predeceased by: her parents, Ersel Hersey and Frances Hersey (Robichaud); her siblings, Don Hersey and Joyce Wade; and her daughter-in-law Margaret Douthwright.
She is survived by: her children, Peter Douthwright (Cheryl), Sharon Douthwright, Mark Douthwright, Sheila Basque (Donnie) and Chrstina Douthwright (Jayne); and her sister Sue Mesheau (George). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Alzheimer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of donor's choice.
