With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen Joyce Gallagher in Saint John, New Brunswick, who passed away on October 19, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Carter and Florence Carter (Peck); her husband Winston; her son Brian; and her siblings, Joan and Arthur.
She is survived by: her son Bruce; her brother Sherman Carter (Cathy); and her siblings-in-law, Sharon and Cecil. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made to the VON or the Colchester East Hants Hospice Society.
