He was predeceased by: his parents, Edison Arbeau and Arilla Arbeau (Foster). He is survived by: his wife Vonda (Martin); his children, Coleen Thompson (Tony Smith), Wayne Arbeau (Roxanne Kilpatrick) and Peter Arbeau; his grandchildren, Alex Arbeau, Chloe Nash and Vanessa Russell; his great grandchild Soren Russell; and his aunt Flora Hayward. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
Donations in memory of Hal may be made to the Paul Martin Memorial Scholarship Fund.
