Greta Mackereth Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Greta Mackereth (Saint John, New Brunswick), who passed away on March 19, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph William and Marie Isabelle Dugay; her brother Gerald; her husband Alan Mackereth; and her uncle Billy Dugay.

She is survived by: her children, Lee Lindsay (JP), Kim Milan (John), Katherine Johnson (Steve), Isabelle Chase (Nicolas), Royden Chase (Laura), Jane Mackereth (Brenda) and Sally Corey (Christopher); her grandchildren, Sean, Ryan Lindsay, Madeline Milan, Anneka, Olivia Cox, Paul, Emma Walsh, Olivier, Caroline Oreskovic, David Chase, Sebastien Richard-Cyr, Sadie and Cecelia Corey; her sister-in-law Patricia Dugay; her niece Michelle (Serge); and her nephew William Dugay (Nathasha).

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Greta may be made to Romero House or Hestia House.
