He is survived by: his children, Andrew Townsend of Saint John, Mark Townsend (Roxy) of Red Deer, AB and Krista Creaser (David) of Baxters Corner; his grandchildren, Lauren Creaser (Matthew), Amy Creaser, Elliott Townsend and Amanda; his daughter-in-law Nicole Townsend; his sister-in-law Willa Peacock; his nephew Charles Peacock; and his close friend Shirley Fairweather.
