She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew Garnett and Genevieve Garnett (Christiansen); and her siblings, Ronald, Gerald Garnett, Elizabeth Whitaker and Patsy Given.
She is survived by: her husband Clifford McKay; her children, Randy (Alice) of Quispamsis, Gail Garnett of Saint John and Trenia McKenna (Jim) of Saint John; her sister Ann Parks; and her grandchildren, Nick Garnett, Adam Garnett, Jonathan Garnett, Allison McKenna and Abby McKenna. She is also survived by her several great-grandchildren, along with many cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers remembrances made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
